Learn More.
Play Better.

Knowing how to hit the ball is only the beginning. Pickleball becomes much more enjoyable once you understand how to move, where to stand, what shot to play and how to work with your partner.

The Women's Beginner Course gives you four hours of structured coaching across two classes, giving you more time to practise the fundamentals and build confidence before moving into regular play.

Is This Course For Me?

  • You're a beginner who wants to learn pickleball in a women-only environment.
  • You've tried pickleball but still feel unsure during games.
  • You want to improve your serve, return, forehand and backhand.
  • You want to understand scoring and doubles positioning properly.
  • You want structured coaching rather than learning only through casual games.
  • You completed our Women's Starter Workshop and want to keep progressing.
Why Take a Course?

Build Good Habits
From the Start.

Structured coaching gives you time to practise, get feedback and understand how individual skills fit together during an actual game.

01

Women Only

Learn and practise alongside other women at a similar stage of their pickleball journey.

02

Small Group

With up to six players, there is more opportunity for practice, coaching and individual feedback.

03

Four Hours

Two 2-hour classes give you time to learn, practise and reinforce the fundamentals.

04

Game Confidence

Learn how to use your skills during actual doubles points instead of practising strokes only in isolation.

What You'll Learn

The Fundamentals
That Make a Difference.

The course focuses on the core skills and game understanding every beginner needs before moving into regular social play.

01

Serve

Develop a reliable serve and understand placement, consistency and how to start the point confidently.

02

Return

Learn how to return more consistently and position yourself for the next shot.

03

Groundstrokes

Build better forehands and backhands with improved control and consistency.

04

Kitchen Play

Understand the non-volley zone and begin developing dinks and volleys.

05

Positioning

Learn where to stand, when to move forward and how to move together with your partner.

06

Game Play

Put the skills together through scoring, doubles play and simple game strategy.

2 × 2-Hour Classes

Learn It.
Then Build On It.

Four hours of coaching across two classes gives you time to practise and reinforce the fundamentals rather than trying to learn everything in one session.

  • Moving with your partner
  • Point construction
  • Guided game play
Up to 6 Players

Small Enough
To Keep Learning.

Beginner coaching works best when you have enough repetition and feedback. That's why the Women's Beginner Course is capped at six players rather than run as a large open session.
