Pickleball is a thriving sport that has gained popularity in Asia and around the world. Due to its growing player base, the need for certified coaches is on the rise.
Play! Pickle offers Level 1 and Level 2 coaching certifications. The course is perfect for those who have a passion for teaching and the desire to help others while upholding ethical coaching standards.
Course Requirements
To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older and have basic knowledge of pickleball rules and skills.
Accredited By The International Pickleball Standards (IPS)
Our pickleball coaching certification is proudly accredited by the International Pickleball Standards (IPS), the globally recognised authority for establishing and maintaining excellence in pickleball education and coaching.
This accreditation ensures that our program meets the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and expertise in the sport. By aligning with IPS, we guarantee that our curriculum, coaching methods, and certification process are rigorously evaluated and adhere to international best practices.
As a result, our certified coaches are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and credentials to deliver top-tier instruction, fostering player development and promoting the growth of pickleball worldwide.
Certification Process
Play! Pickle has made it convenient for anyone interested to become a certified pickleball coach. To get started, register for the certification course and pay the fee.
The Level 1 (Technical) course consists of 1 hour of theory and 1 hour of practical including the assessment. Upon completion, you will be awarded a certificate, be listed on our Certified Coaches Directory, and start receiving coaching assignments.
The Level 2 (Mental) course consists of 1 hour theory and prepares you to coach intermediate to advance level players.
Cost Of Certification
The fee for the Level 1 or Level 2 course is SGD 280, and it includes the course modules, assessment, and certification. You can look forward to a fulfilling career or hobby of coaching others in pickleball.
