Consistency & Placement Improve shot control and learn to place the ball with greater purpose.
2
Serves & Returns Develop more reliable serves and returns that help set up the point.
3
Third Shots Understand when to use a third-shot drop and when a drive is the better option.
4
Getting to the Kitchen Learn to move safely and effectively from the baseline towards the non-volley zone.
5
Dinks & Volleys Improve control at the kitchen and make your net play more reliable.
6
Transition Zone Become more comfortable playing through the difficult space between the baseline and kitchen.
7
Attack, Reset or Defend Learn to recognise when to speed the ball up, neutralise the point or stay patient.
8
Doubles Positioning Improve your positioning, movement and communication with your partner.

More Coaching. More Game Understanding.

The clinic is limited to six participants so your coach can give meaningful feedback while still creating realistic doubles and match-play situations.

Structured Drills Work on specific skills and tactical situations through focused repetitions.
Individual Corrections Receive feedback on technique, movement and decision-making during the session.
Guided Match Play Apply what you've learned in realistic game situations with coaching along the way.
Beyond Technique

Start Thinking Like an Intermediate Player

The aim isn't simply to hit more difficult shots. It's to make better decisions and understand how one shot creates the opportunity for the next.

Step 1

Build Consistency

Reduce unforced errors and develop shots you can rely on under pressure.

Step 2

Improve Your Decisions

Learn when to attack, defend, reset, drop or drive.

Step 3

Apply It in Games

Bring the technical and tactical pieces together through guided match play.
