What do I receive for my $900 payment?
Upon receipt and verification of your $900 payment, $1,000 in CourtReserve account credit will be added to your account.
What can I use the credit for?
The credit may be used towards eligible Play! Pickle activities available for payment through CourtReserve, including court bookings, Open Play sessions, group classes and selected pickleball events.
Can I use the credit for private coaching?
No. CourtReserve credits issued under this promotion cannot be used towards private coaching or private lessons.
How long is my credit valid?
The $1,000 credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is credited to your CourtReserve account.
What happens to unused credit after 1 year?
Any unused credit remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be refunded or extended.
Can the credit be exchanged for cash?
No. CourtReserve credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
What if my booking costs more than my credit balance?
If an eligible booking costs more than the credit available in your CourtReserve account, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
Are bookings guaranteed once I purchase credit?
No. All bookings remain subject to availability and the usual Play! Pickle booking, programme and cancellation terms.
