Sports Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Sports Executive to join our team across our sports venues.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys sports, working with people, and keeping things organised. You do not need to be an experienced coach, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Operations

  • Ensure our 4 sports venues are clean, safe, and in good working order

  • Check that courts, equipment, air-conditioning, lights, nets, and general facilities are properly maintained

  • Flag any maintenance, repair, or operational issues quickly

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, cleaners, and internal team members where needed

Client Enquiries & Customer Service

  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and in person

  • Assist customers with bookings, classes, events, and general questions

  • Provide friendly and professional service to members, guests, parents, and corporate clients

Coaching & On-Court Support

  • Assist with beginner classes, open play sessions, kids programmes, and corporate workshops

  • Conduct basic coaching sessions after training is provided

  • Help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for players of all levels

General Admin

  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, payment follow-ups, and basic reporting

  • Help monitor class sign-ups, court usage, and event participation

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business

Requirements

  • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently

  • Enjoys sports and interacting with people

  • Good communication skills

  • Comfortable with basic admin work and using digital tools

  • Willing to learn coaching skills

  • Able to work some evenings and weekends when required

  • Prior experience in sports, coaching, customer service, events, or operations is helpful but not required

Salary Offered

SGD 2,500 to 4,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who is proactive, reliable, and not afraid to be hands-on. You should be comfortable switching between customer service, admin, coaching, and venue operations depending on what the day requires.
