Women's DUPR & Matches is the competitive stage of the Play! Pickle Women's Pickleball Pathway. It is designed for players who already understand the game and are ready to put their skills into organised, rated match play.
You do not need to have completed every earlier stage. If you can serve, rally, keep score and play a basic doubles game independently, you may be ready to join.

The full two-hour session is organised into court and lounge rotations. You'll play four DUPR-rated matches, learn how the rating system works and finish by checking your scores.
Arrive & Check In
Arrive by 7:45 PM so we can verify your registration and DUPR account before the programme begins.
Welcome & Rotation Groups
We'll explain how the evening works, introduce the DUPR process and assign everyone to their match and lounge rotations.
Six 15-Minute Rotations
From 8:15 PM, rotate between the match courts and lounge area through six organised rotations.
Play Four Rated Matches
You'll play four DUPR-rated doubles matches and partner with different players during the evening.
DUPR 101 During Your Breaks
Lounge rotations give you time to rest, hydrate, ask questions and understand your rating, Reliability Score and match history.
Scores, Q&A & Group Photo
Finish by verifying the evening's scores, asking final questions and understanding what happens next with your DUPR profile.

Is DUPR Debut part of the Women's Pickleball Pathway?
Yes. Women's DUPR & Matches is Stage 5 — the competitive stage of the Play! Pickle Women's Pickleball Pathway.
Do I have to complete Stages 1–4 first?
No. You can enter the pathway at the stage that best matches your current level. If you can serve, rally, keep score and play a basic doubles game independently, you may be ready for DUPR Debut.
Do I need an existing DUPR rating?
No. The session is particularly suitable for women who are currently unrated and want to begin building a DUPR match history.
Can I join if I already have a DUPR rating?
Yes. Players who already have a rating but want to build their match history may also join.
Is this suitable for complete beginners?
No. This is not a beginner pickleball lesson. You should already understand the basic rules and scoring system and be able to serve, rally and participate in a doubles game.
Complete beginners should start with the Women's Pickleball Starter Workshop.
Do I need to bring a partner?
No. Participants register individually and will partner with different players during the evening.
How many rated matches will I play?
Each participant is scheduled to play four DUPR-rated doubles matches.
Will the results count towards my DUPR rating?
Yes. Match results recorded during the session will be submitted to DUPR.
Is there a tournament winner?
No. There are no elimination rounds and no public leaderboard. The purpose is to gain rated match experience rather than run a knockout competition.
What happens during the lounge rotations?
We'll explain DUPR ratings, match submission, Reliability Score and how to build a more reliable rating over time. You'll also have time to rest, hydrate and ask questions.
Do I need a DUPR account before attending?
Yes. Please create a free DUPR account before attending and make sure your profile information is accurate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event date. You may transfer your place to another eligible participant by informing us before the session.
