Terms & Conditions

By registering for Play! Pickle Recharge & Rally Tours, you agree to the following:

  • Booking & Payment: Your spot is only confirmed upon full payment (or deposit where stated) and written confirmation from Play! Pickle. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

  • Trip Inclusions: Inclusions are based on the published itinerary. Play! Pickle may adjust the schedule, venues, coaches, or session timings due to weather, court availability, safety, or operational needs—while keeping the overall experience and value comparable.

  • Minimum Participants: Trips may require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, you may be offered a full refund or an alternative date/package.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation fees may apply as bookings involve non-refundable supplier costs (e.g., flights, accommodation). Refund amounts (if any) depend on the cancellation date and supplier policies. No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Flights & Accommodation: Flight schedules, hotel allocations, and room types are subject to airline/hotel availability and may change. Any airline operational changes are outside Play! Pickle’s control.

  • Travel Requirements: You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas (if required), and meeting all entry/health regulations. Any costs arising from failure to comply are your responsibility.

  • Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended (and may be required for some trips). You are responsible for personal belongings and medical expenses.

  • Health & Safety: Pickleball involves physical activity. You participate at your own risk and should ensure you are medically fit to join.

  • Liability: Play! Pickle is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or additional expenses caused by events outside our control (including but not limited to airline disruptions, weather, government restrictions, or third-party suppliers).

  • Media: Photos/videos may be taken during the tour for marketing. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform the host in writing before the tour starts.

  • Conduct: We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, with no refund.
