Cardio Pickle 60
A 60-minute pickleball + fitness routine that builds real strength and stamina for your game
Date: Every Saturday
Time: 4-5 PM
Venue: Play! Pickle Serangoon (air-con courts)
Fees: $38/pax
Cardio Pickle 60 is a high-movement, coach-supervised session designed to get you sweating while training the muscles and movement patterns that matter in pickleball. You’ll rotate between two stations every 10 minutes — one focused on pickleball rallying, and one focused on cardio + strength work.
How it works (2 stations, 10-minute rotations)
We run the class with up to 12 pax, split into two groups of 6:
Station 1: Pickleball Rally Station (On-Court)
You’ll rally with one another in structured formats while the coach supervises, cues, and corrects. The goal is simple: keep the ball moving, keep your feet moving, and build consistency in your game.
Expect coach-guided rally that trains:
Footwork and court movement (forward/back, lateral, transition zone)
Consistency and control under pressure
Reaction speed and hand-eye coordination
Match-like rally patterns (net exchanges, controlled drives, soft game reps)
This station is designed for maximum hitting and minimal standing around.
Station 2: Cardio + Strength Station (Off-Court Conditioning)
This is a pickleball-specific workout that supports your on-court performance. Exercises target the key muscle groups used in pickleball, focusing on both performance and durability:
Core strength (stability for dinks, resets, and power transfer)
Lower-body endurance (legs, glutes, calves for repeated bursts)
Mobility + flexibility (hips, ankles, thoracic rotation for smoother movement)
Shoulder stability (upper-body control and injury prevention)
Balance + coordination (quick stops, fast direction changes)
Exercises are scalable — go lighter for clean form or push pace for a bigger burn.
